Return Policy

The 30-Day Guarantee

You can opt to return your item within 30 days of your purchase. Otherwise, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be in brand new, unused condition.

Your item must be in the original shipped packaging and include all parts and accessories. Any actual use of a product or other equipment by a customer is a breach of the customer’s duty to take reasonable care of the product and will negate their right to return under these regulations.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, as well as the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund request has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Refunds are not applicable for service plans. If you decide to end your current service plan, it will be terminated at the end of the billing cycle already paid for.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, make sure you check your bank account or contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for a refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Replacements

All SpyTrack tracking devices come with a lifetime warranty! As long as you have
active service on your device, we will replace it if it becomes defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item, send us an email at sales@spytrack.com or call 706-230-6682 for assistance.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You may also send an email to sales@spytrack.com and we will provide you with a printable label and further instructions.

You will be shouldering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
